Our team of qualified Association Managers brings a strong track record and hands-on approach to every community we serve. We provide comprehensive services including facilities and financial management, administrative support, and real estate referrals. Our managers are accessible and responsive, including for emergency situations, and are backed by a knowledgeable accounting, administrative, and maintenance staff to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Our mission is simple: to take the stress of daily operations off board members and owners, so communities can thrive. We work closely with each Board of Directors as a trusted partner—helping maximize property values, streamline management responsibilities, and foster clear, open communication among residents.

Mountain Life of Virginia is led by Managing Agent Geoff Truslow, who is board certified as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and an Association Management Specialist (AMS). His expertise and leadership help ensure every association is managed with efficiency, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the people who call these communities home.
